Soup Program

With our partners at Love Guatemala Canada we have been able to share thousands of bags of soup with local churches as well as churches, villages, orphanages and a senior living facility in the Puerto Barrios/Rio Dulce area. With the help of our local congregation in the village of Shutaque, 200 plated meals per week are delivered to the local village of Jurgallon. Many of the children there are malnourished and the soup mix provides a days worth of nutrients. Through monitary and local food donoations we hope to expand this program in 2022 to increase the amount of cooked meals provided each week.

 White Flag Campaign - COVID-19 pandemic 2020

In March 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic shut the country down causing massive economic impacts. Within a few short weeks people began waving white flags from their homes as a sign of surrender. A notification that they had been out of food for 3 days. With generous donations through Feeding Faith and another local ministry, we provided thousands of bags of food to families in need as well as evangelizing and praying with each and every family we assisted.
